Software Advice has analyzed 2,000+ interactions with nonprofit organizations between January and December 2013 to uncover preferred deployment models, most-requested features and motivation for evaluating new technology.
Here are some the key findings from their report:
- 96% of buyers with a preference requested Web-based systems over on-premise solutions
- 51% of buyers were looking to improve efficiency with new software for their organization
- Fundraising was the most requested software application, followed by CRM software
- Human Services Software has experienced the largest growth recently
