Rapid Case Management - Multiple Points of Entry

social services software with multiple points of entry

Lately we've been hearing a lot from clients and from agencies that see a demo of FAMCare - about how different the FAMCare interface is from other case management and behavioral health software systems on the market today.

One of the prime reasons is our approach and focus to constantly enhance our platform with the goal to make the job of caseworkers and other users - more efficient, streamlined... and FASTER.

Streamlined Navigation

When we designed FAMCare - we kept the navigation of the software familiar to how most websites operate.  Anyone familiar with a cascading menu feel can move through FAMCare fairly easily and quickly.  All data forms and assessments are properly categorized for efficient access.  Caseworkers save a lot of time when looking for important information.

Multiple Points of Entry - Rapid Case Management

With FAMCare - there are many ways to get to critical information on behalf of a client.  We believe that keeping important information at your fingertips is critical to your success.  Because of built in personalization and configuration tools - important information from one form can be easily included as a view to another form, giving the caseworker direct access to that information - without moving to another screen.  Caseworkers can also incorporate fast "buttons" that they can add in areas that normally wouldn't be available in other systems.  What this means is that alerts, incidents or activities like case notes summaries can be automatically added to the home page or even the demographics page, for example.

Our goal is to continue to enhance FAMCare to make it the fastest, most efficient information management platform for caseworkers on the market!
