New FAMCare Module Transforms How Human Services Agencies Track Services and Client Progress

LOUIS--()--Global Vision Technologies (GVT), a leading provider of human services software and the creators of FAMCare Rapid Case Management Software has released a powerful module called Pathways that empowers agencies with a new suite of tools to track service delivery, client tasks, case worker efforts and client progress, transforming how agencies benchmark client success.

FAMCare Pathways is helping agencies take case management to a whole new level providing deep insight into how services and programs are delivered and tracked. Pathways is actually three tools in one. First – it helps caseworkers set up a client “path” on a dashboard that includes the entire program in a visual snapshot. The dashboard indicates which services are complete, scheduled, due, and delinquent - a positive step in streamlining workflow. Second – for new services or programs, FAMCare users with no prior software experience, can easily develop new data collection forms which they can add as “events” or “tasks” and include on the path. An example would be where an agency has rolled out a new assessment to be delivered at the six month mark of a program. The assessment can be quickly developed and scheduled within the client’s pathway and be instantly available for all clients who are receiving the same services. Third – the Pathway suite includes reporting options to help query the data based on program (pathway), service or task (pathway item), by client, by caseworker, etc.
